Forklift performance characteristics

1. With full hydraulic steering device, the steering is flexible and lightweight. The steering axle is double trapezoidal mechanism, so the turning radius of forklift truck is small.

4. The forklift is equipped with a torque converter and a power shift transmission, which has the following advantages:

a. The torque converter can automatically change the speed steplessly, and the output torque can make the forklift have good traction characteristics.

b. With a micro-actuator, it is easy for the driver to align the forklift to the goods position.

c. Due to the adoption of hydrodynamic transmission, the engine can be protected from overloading and stalling in case of sudden increase of external load, and at the same time, it can achieve smooth shift operation, which improves the operation efficiency and simplifies the operation for forklift trucks that need to stop and start frequently and shift gears frequently, reduces the labour intensity of the driver, and lowers the requirement of the driver's proficiency in the operation.

5. Forklift braking system adopts power oil brake, which is easy to operate and reliable.
